Just to refresh your memory since we last filled you in, Pollard's new new album, Normal Happiness (a working title), is complete and tentatively scheduled for an October 2006 release on Merge, according to Billboard.com. It's said to contain a number of songs originally written for the soundtrack to Steven Soderbergh's upcoming film Bubble. Yeah, we know allll about Pollard's recently released Music From Bubble EP. Word is at least one of its tracks ("Boring About") has been reworked for Normal Happiness. Considering the EP's 4.0 rating, we encourage any and all touch ups.
